Thank you for visiting Flippa. Flippa is an electronic ticketing reception service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) provided by Digra Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Company). In this Service, the Company acts as a sales agent for electronic tickets issued by event organizers. Please read the following system terms of use and use this Service only if you agree to them. System Terms of Use Article 1 (Definitions) In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. (1) User refers to all of the following persons who visit or view the Service. (2) Organizer refers to a User who has registered as an organizer as specified in the Service. (3) Reservation holder refers to a person who has made a reservation for an event set up by an organizer on the Service. (4) Attendee refers to a person who enters an event registered by the organizer or a person who has been processed for registration via electronic ticket. (5) Transaction refers to all actions and associated actions performed by Users using the Service. Article 2 (These Terms) These terms and conditions apply to the organizer and must be observed when making transactions. Article 3 (Organizer Registration Procedure) (1) If you are an individual user, you may not become an organizer if you are under the age of 20. (2) Users who agree to these terms and conditions and apply for membership will be qualified to be an organizer after completing the required registration procedures. The organizer registration procedure must be completed by the person who will become the organizer. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Applications may be refused from individuals whose user status has been revoked in the past or from individuals who are otherwise deemed unsuitable by our company. (3) Organizers may not transfer, sublease, pledge as security, or dispose of any rights acquired from our company through their status as an organizer or use of the service in any form whatsoever. (4) When completing the organizer registration procedure, please accurately enter the required information in the designated input form. Article 4 (ID and Password Management) The organizer shall strictly manage the ID, password, etc. of this service and shall not transfer, lend, etc. to a third party. The organizer shall bear responsibility for any damage caused by insufficient management of ID, etc., mistakes in use, or use by a third party, and our company shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever. Article 5 (Changes to Registration Information) If there are any changes to the registered information, please register the changes as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of not registering the changes. Furthermore, even if the changes are registered, transactions that have already been processed before the changes are registered will be carried out based on the information before the changes were registered. If it is necessary to notify reservations or visitors of changes to the registered information for such transactions, the organizer should contact them directly. Article 6 (Withdrawal of Organizer) If the organizer wishes to delete the account, they can do so from within the organizer's account. However, if there are any unfinished events in the transaction, the account cannot be deleted. Article 7 (Transactions in the Service) We do not take any responsibility for the transaction. Therefore, if any trouble occurs during the transaction, it is up to the organizer and the person who made the reservation or the person who attended to resolve it. Article 8 (Disclaimer of Liability) (1) We do not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, recency, usefulness, reliability, legality, or non-infringement of third party rights of any information regarding transactions with reservations or attendees, reservation information, ticket information, the organizer's handling of personal information, etc. (2) We are not liable for any damages caused by system interruptions, delays, suspension, data loss, or unauthorized access to data due to failures of communication lines or computers, etc. (3) We do not guarantee that emails and content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc. do not contain harmful items such as computer viruses. (4) We are not liable for any damages caused by violations of these terms and conditions by reservations or attendees. Article 9 (Prohibitions) When using this service, the following actions are prohibited for reservation holders or attendees: (1) Violating laws, regulations, these terms, or other terms (2) Harming the rights, interests, or reputation of our company, the organizers, or other third parties (3) Actions that may have a negative impact on the mind or body of minors, or other actions that violate public order and good morals (4) Actions that are a nuisance or cause discomfort to other users, reservation holders, attendees, or other third parties (5) Entering false information (6) Sending or posting harmful computer programs, emails, etc. (7) Unauthorized access to our server or other computers (8) Lending or transferring electronic tickets to third parties, or sharing them with third parties not included in the reservation (9) Directly or indirectly causing or facilitating any of the actions listed above (10) Any other actions that our company deems inappropriate Article 10 (Privacy Policy) We promise to handle the personal information of applicants and visitors appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy. Please see the relevant page for the privacy policy. Article 11 (Interruption or Suspension of Service) In order to ensure that the service can always be used in good condition, our company reserves the right to take necessary measures, such as suspending or halting provision of all or part of the service, without prior notice, in cases where we conduct regular or emergency system maintenance, where the system becomes overloaded, where we determine that operation of the service is being hindered, where it becomes necessary to ensure the security of users, or where we otherwise deem it necessary. In such cases, our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the organizer or users. Article 12 (Suspension of use or cancellation of qualifications of reservation holders or visitors) If we determine that a reservation holder or attendee falls under any of the following items, we reserve the right to suspend use of the service, change ticket information, or cancel the applicant or visitor qualifications. We shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the person as a result. (1) If the user has violated laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions, etc. (2) If the user has engaged in fraudulent conduct in relation to the use of the service (3) When necessary to ensure the security of the user (4) Any other case that we deem appropriate Article 13 (Changes and Termination of the Service) We reserve the right to change or discontinue all or part of this service at our discretion. Article 14 (Revision and amendment of the Terms) The contents of these terms and conditions may be changed at our discretion without notice to the Organizer. Each time the Organizer uses the Service, they are required to confirm and accept the contents of these terms and conditions. Article 15 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces) (1) We have no ties with organized crime groups, companies or organizations related to organized crime groups, or similar antisocial forces (hereinafter referred to as antisocial forces), as well as members of antisocial forces or their associates (hereinafter referred to as antisocial members, etc.), and we do not allow antisocial forces or antisocial members to use this page. For this reason, users must represent and guarantee that they are not antisocial forces or antisocial members, etc. before using this service. (2) If we determine that a user is an antisocial force or antisocial member, etc., we will take preventive measures such as deleting the user's account and canceling reservations, etc. Article 16 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event of any litigation arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction. Article 17 (Credit card payment) If the credit card payment cannot be completed by each credit card company, we will not be able to accept your reservation application. Article 18 (Convenience store payment) For convenience store payments, the ticket sales contract is concluded upon completion of payment. If payment of the price, etc. is not confirmed by the specified date, the tickets cannot be sold. Article 19 (Termination of reservations or sales) (1) Even if the reservation or sales period is still in progress, the system will close each individual reservation or sale once the organizer's inventory is reached. (2) Reservations or sales may be suddenly terminated due to circumstances on our part or the organizer's part. In such cases, our company shall not bear any responsibility. Article 20 (Completion of reservations or sales) After payment is completed, we will send you an email to confirm the details. The reservation will be considered confirmed when the email notification reaches the server that manages the email address of the person who made the reservation and entered it at the time of application. However, if there is any problem with the application details of the person who made the reservation, such as a false email address entered in the order form at the time of application, an incorrect entry or omission, or illegible garbled characters, we may not be able to reply to the email. Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for cases in which the application is not completed due to communication errors or improper operation at the time of application, or for non-delivery, misdelivery, or late delivery of emails. Article 21 (Changes and cancellations of completed payments) (1) We will not accept any changes or cancellations to the content after payment has been completed using any method other than credit card. However, this does not apply to free events. (2) Cancellation is possible at the organizer's discretion only if payment has been made by credit card. Cancellation fees will be based on a separately determined fee schedule. Article 22 (Prohibition of Resale) Except when the organizer or a specific permission is given by the organizer, reselling this ticket is prohibited. Reselling products purchased through this service for profit or entrusting the resale to a third party is also prohibited. In addition, listing the products on auction sites or internet auction sites is also prohibited, and we take no responsibility whatsoever. Article 23 Event Cancellation and Refunds We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by those who have made reservations or third parties due to the cancellation or postponement of the event or any other changes to the content of the event. Article 24 (Payment of ticket prices) The system usage fee will be offset against the sales amount and paid to the bank account designated by the organizer on the last day of the following month, with the closing date at the end of the month. If the payment date falls on a bank holiday, the last day of the month will be the "previous business day."
